Sable at Navy Pier—the first and only hotel on Chicago’s Navy Pier—is offering a dazzling deal to help guests celebrate New Year’s Eve on the water. Its special "Park and Stay" package includes complimentary valet parking for one vehicle, along with a late check out at 1 p.m. and custom Sable chocolates. Each of Sable's 223 guest rooms boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning lake views, making for an ideal front-row seat to the Navy Pier Fireworks at midnight. Sable's restaurant, LĂrica, is also offering a "Breakfast Included" package for a complimentary breakfast option for each guest and a signature orange sangria. Not a bad way to start 2023.

Looking for a more laid-back NYC NYE experience than the ball drop? Kumi and LiFE Rooftop present two rollicking experiences. The first is the "Kumi Only Experience," a five-course pre-fixe menu ($250 per person) that's served family style. Courses include edamame with Kumi's famous spicy tuna crispy rice, a chef's selection of sushi and hand rolls, and gochujang-glazed salmon. The second package adds on the "LiFE Full NYE Experience" ($650 per person) that includes a bottle of premium liquor and mixers for a group to enjoy on the LiFE Rooftop after dinner at Kumi. The LiFE experience is bookable by itself as well for $400 per person.

The splurge-worthy offerings continue at Toronto's Don Alfonso 1890, which was recently named among the Best Italian Restaurant in the World 2023 by 50 Top Italy. For its NYE bash, Don Alfonso is curating an eight-course tasting menu ($500 per person) with wine pairings for seatings after 8 p.m. Guests will then be able to stay and enjoy the fireworks from the CN tower. Expect a variety of canapés, oysters, risotto, Japanese wagyu tenderloin, and a chef selection of house-made petit fours (pictured). An early seating with four courses is available from 5-7 p.m. at $350 per person.

Ring in 2023 60 floors high with panoramic views of the city’s fireworks, photo-worthy cocktails, live music, and comfortable fire pit seating on the expansive outdoor terrace (pictured). Guests can enjoy hors d’oeuvres made by Barry’s Downtown Prime, along with an open bar. Sip on specialty cocktails, select whiskey and wines, or opt in for an upgraded package at an additional cost. The event will begin at 10 p.m. with general admission tickets starting at $375. Packages include varying seating arrangements, plus access to the open bar, a designated server for food and drink from a curated NYE menu, bottle service, and a champagne toast at midnight.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, and VIP options are available with access to private bars and food stations.

Make your own world-class cocktails at Singlish.

Located in NYC near Union Square, Singlish pays homage to Singapore's world-class craft cocktail culture. This NYE, the bar is hosting an intimate celebration crafted specially by co-founder and beverage director Colin Stevens. Limited to only 26 seats on Dec. 31, guests can select from two types of New Year’s Eve packages: The “Shiok” package (shiok in Singlish means “very good”) includes reserved booth seating for four people, a cocktail kit, and two bottles of champagne for $750. The “Huat Ah” package (a popular Singlish term and a traditional, festive expression used to wish oneself prosperity) comes with a cocktail kit for two people and a bottle of champagne for $450. For the cocktail kit, all are champagne-based royales. Guests will also be able to interactively make their own with a bartender on hand to help troubleshoot if needed. And an a la carte cocktail flight experience will be available for $45 as well. The flights will include classics with a twist, like a martini made with Casanoble Blanco, saline, and grapefruit bitters, and an espresso martini with coffee pecan liqueur.

The Henri, a chic European bistro in downtown D.C., is celebrating the new year with a festive four-course prix-fixe menu from chef Frederik De Pue ($135 per person). Expect such delicacies as king crab spring rolls, hamachi crudo, rotisserie-roasted venison loin, and a decadent Belgian chocolate crunchy bar covered in miso caramel sauce for dessert. The restaurant’s extensive bar menu will be available a la carte featuring a variety of signature cocktails, wines, beers, and bubbly. The Henri will serve the special New Year’s Eve menu from 4-8:30 p.m.
