Shows and Shimmies is a new collective of entertainers that includes belly, hip-hop, and hula-hoop dancers, sword balancers, singers, fire hoop artists, and jugglers. The ensemble performs at private events. A typical performance includes a five-part, 20-minute routine with finger cymbals, veil dancing, sword balancing, and drum solos. Shows can also be customized, or performers can be hired as rovers to wander through events and entertain guests one-on-one.

The group also hosts teambuilding events for as many as 50 guests. Held at the venue of the host's choosing, the activities let groups divide into teams to perform hip-hop or hula-hoop dances after instructors teach them some moves. Rates vary depending on the type of entertainment or activity offered.
