New York, New York - March 11, 2003 - The Tony Awards, the New York International Auto Show and American Ballet Theatre's Spring Gala all made BiZBash Media's second annual list of "New York's Top 100 Events" in the latest issue of The BiZBash Event Style Reporter newspaper. The event industry newspaper is published by BiZBash Media, the media source for meeting and event planners in New York City.

The BiZBash editors ranked the 100 events in 13 categories, identifying the most important events in nine industries (including media, food/restaurants, fashion and advertising/PR) and the biggest trade shows, benefits, parade and sports events. The MTV Video Music Awards were named the top entertainment industry event, and the National Magazine Awards were named the top media industry event.

Other events on the list include The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the National Book Awards, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, the James Beard Awards and the Greater New York Dental Meeting.
