New York, New York - March 28, 2003 - BiZBash,
the media source for meeting and event planners in New
York City, announced today that the company will launch
an annual Desktop Reference Guide and Goodie Bag
Book of Offers for social event planners, party
promoters and New York City gala chairs. The 2003 edition
will be published on July 24, 2003.
The glossy, digest-size directory will include a minimum
of 75 top-notch resources and offers from companies
in audiovisual, catering, décor, entertainment, event
production, gift bags, gifts and awards, invitation,
lighting, printing, rentals, transportation, venues,
amusements and more. The book will be similar to the
highly successful corporate meeting and event planners'
edition, published in January 2003, in which planners
had access to over 75 offers with more than $40,000
worth of incentives for trying new companies.
Only 4,000 qualified social planners, promoters and
New York City gala chairs will receive the first edition
of the 2003-2004 BiZBash Desktop Reference Guide
and Goodie Bag Book of Offers free of charge. It
will be the perfect tool for professionals who plan
everything from weddings, anniversaries and bar/bat
mitzvahs to singles parties, promotional and networking
parties and charity gala events.
According to David Adler, CEO and founder of BiZBash,
"The reaction from planners to our corporate Goodie
Bag Book of Offers was remarkable. They keep the
book on their desks and use it as an easily accessible
directory of new resources, savings and incentives.
We've gotten so many requests from other market segments
that we're launching the social market edition as soon
as possible.
Examples of offers include free ice sculptures, upgraded
firework displays, free dessert bars with catering contracts,
free catered luncheons for event departments, free flower
bouquets, free searchlights with purchase of velvet
ropes and more.
BiZBash is the authoritative source for essential information
about event marketing, meeting and event planning, and
