BiZBash Announces 2006 Event Style Award Finalists

New York, New York - March 22, 2006 - BiZBash
Media, the trade magazine and Web site for the event
industry, announced the finalists for the fifth annual
New York BiZBash Event Style Awards that will be presented
on the evening of Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at Pacha,
a new venue in New York City. Categories for awards
to be presented will include everything from best gift
bags, invitations and catering to best event PR strategy,
décor and fresh idea. Over 600 event professionals
are expected to attend.
“Our Event Style Award finalists created some
of the freshest, most innovative events of the past
year,” said Chad Kaydo, editor in chief of BiZBash
Media. “We were thrilled with the level of the
entrants for this year's competition.”
“Last year’s award show was featured on
the front page of The Wall Street Journal," said
David Adler, BiZBash’s C.E.O. and Founder. "The
$22 billion event industry is now being taken seriously."
To determine the finalists, a panel of judges including
BiZBash editors and top event planners evaluated materials
submitted by other event planners and industry vendors.
