Overview

Chef-owner Joann Curcio started this full-service, off-premise operation in 1991, and less than half of her business is for corporate and nonprofit clientele. Curcio often caters breakfast meetings for technology companies and can serve dinners for as many as 450 guests. Client favorites include French toast crème brulee and Parmesan cones stuffed with chicken Caesar salad.
