The historic Belasco Theater in downtown Los Angeles—originally built in 1926—has reopened its doors after a massive renovation. Special event spaces include: a 1,000-person main theater with a towering domed ceiling and multitiered balcony; a 200-person ballroom with its own stage and private entrance; a 100-person wine bar called Vintage 10 Fifty; and a 250-person basement lounge. Belasco Theater also boasts two separate patios, a 2,000-square-foot kitchen, and a large greenroom below the stage.
The historic Belasco Theater—walking distance from the LA Live Complex in downtown Los Angeles—offers event planners multiple rooms with flexible floor plans, state-of-the-art sound and lighting, and three on-site kitchens.
In July 2011, the Belasco Theater hosted Bafta’s inaugural "Brits to Watch," a star-studded event attended by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
