Created by Yannick Cam, the Frenchman who introduced Washington to nouevelle cuisine in 1979, Bistro Provence opened its doors in 2010. The 34-seat restaurant, in a town house, offers a menu of classic dishes from the south of France. A 40-seat private dining room with its own kitchen and terrace is on the second floor, as well as a trellis roof. It is available for partial or full buyouts.
