Keith Gordon joined Fight for Children in March 2015 as chief operating officer. He is responsible for the organization’s communications, marketing, development, human resources, finance, strategic planning functions, and the continued growth of Fight Night. Keith most recently served as president of National Football League Players Incorporated. Previously, he oversaw the sports marketing division at the Lavidge Company and spent seven years as part of the team marketing and business operations group at the National Basketball Association. Keith has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University and is active in many civic and community-based groups in the region, including the Washington, D.C., chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization. He lives with his wife and two children in McLean, Virginia.

He is the founder and executive director of the Event Leadership Institute, which provides best-in-class training and education for event professionals. Givner is also the creator of the award-winning mobile app Super Planner. Previously, he founded event company Paint the Town Red Inc. and served as C.E.O. of North America for Global Events Group. During his tenure the company won more than 30 industry awards. Givner, a frequent speaker at industry conferences, has been profiled in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and many other media outlets.

David Adler, a lifelong media executive, is the C.E.O. and founder of BizBash, the leading trade media for the event and meeting industry. He has also been an advisor to the State Department in areas of protocol and events. Previously, he was vice president of corporate communications for Primedia and Macmillan Publishers. Upon graduating from American University, he founded, operated, and successfully sold a society and political magazine for the nation’s capital called Washington Dossier.
