Owner Leroy Reynolds began his culinary career more than 20 years ago as the food-service director for one of the largest banks in Florida. He founded Bleu Flame in 1997, and brings unique flavors from his native Jamaica to many of the menu items, such as mojo marinated roast pork. The company also specializes in barbecue menus for the summer picnic season.
