Chicago History Museum
The Chicago History Museum will provide the quintessential Chicago experience for your next event. The Chicago Room and new North & Clark Café are ideal settings for events of all kinds. Overlooking Lincoln Park and the Gold Coast skyline, the Chicago Room features Georgian-style architecture, stained-glass windows by Frank Lloyd Wright and Louis Comfort Tiffany, and state-of-the-art technology. The renovated North & Clark Café provides a cozy yet sophisticated setting for smaller functions.
The perfect place for special events, the Chicago History Museum features well-appointed indoor spaces and a plaza with a spectacular view of Lincoln Park and the Gold Coast.
The Chicago History Museum was founded in 1856 as the city’s first cultural institution. After the milestone of our 150th anniversary in 2006, the museum emerged as a renovated facility with completely reinterpreted and reinstalled galleries.
