Event Creative manages
Venue One, a raw space that hosted its first function in May. In the West Loop, the venue can be bought out to host receptions for 1,000. Renting individual floors is also an option.
Each floor is 12,000 square feet. The first floor can seat 400 guests with a dance floor and stage, and the second floor can seat 500 with the same provisions.
Event Creative handles production, audiovisual production, and design for functions held within the space. A list of preferred caterers includes
