OVERVIEW
Stefanis Italian restaurant has been a Lincoln Park staple since 1980. The Stefani family started the catering offshoot in 1997, and have worked on events at the White House and Lollapalooza. Phil Stefani Signature Events is the preferred caterer for more than 70 popular Chicago venues, including the Harold Washington Library, the Windy City Fieldhouse, and West Loop Studio. Sample corporate menu items include pan-seared pork tenderloin with balsamic-cranberry sauce; baked halibut with orzo, spinach, and lemon cherry tomato compote; and rack of lamb herb-crusted and pan-seared with a pinot noir sauce.
