George Jewell founded this West Town business—which caters events ranging from intimate dinner parties to large corporate banquets—in 1967. Chef Greg Mulcahy designs menus based on classic Continental, regional American, and ethnic cuisine. Signature dishes include grilled vegetable Napoleon with goat cheese and fresh basil and a baked asparagus soufflé with fresh crab meat, chervil, and corkscrew lemon. Jewell Events is the exclusive caterer for the Summit Conference Centre and Winston & Strawn law firm.
