OVERVIEW
Open since 2006, this museum is one of the first in the country to focus on facilitating education about the First Amendment and other American freedoms. The lobby’s centerpiece is a two-story sculpture entitled “12151791,” after the date the First Amendment was ratified, and includes more than 800 songs, poems, chants, and protests etched on stainless steel. The lobby seats 60 or holds 85 for receptions. The Freedom Theater includes flat-screen televisions and seats 50 or holds 60 for receptions .
