Knew opened in Logan Square in September 2009. The 130-seat restaurant, which offers a chef's table available for group reservations, serves contemporary American fare such as venison in fig-red-wine sauce and penne pasta with rosemary garlic cream and poached pears. The restaurant, which is decked in blue and silver hues, is B.Y.O.B.
