Pasha opened in the West Loop in October 2009. The 90-seat restaurant offers a menu of Spanish fare such as paella and cod wrapped in Serrano ham; specialty cocktails include the Bandolero, which combines Johnny Walker with egg whites and sour mix. The venue offers a stage for live performances.
