The exclusive caterer for the Adler Planetarium & Astronomy Museum, this Magnificent Mile company was co-founded by Nancy Sharp in 1983. Executive chef Christopher Opper tailors each menu to fit the client’s needs. Popular dishes include braised short ribs over soft truffled polenta and Kona-rubbed beef tenderloin. Food for Thought has catered events for as many as 3,000 guests for clients such as the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Gala and the School of the Art Institute Fashion Show.
