OVERVIEW
Carved out of the 325,000-square-foot Manz Printing and Engraving Company, which operated from the early 1900s until the late ’50s, this venue opened in March 2008. With glass on three sides and 45-foot ceilings, it was built to give billboard painters enough space and light to craft their supersize creations. The three-story space with an outdoor deck holds 500. Smaller groups of 120 can use the deck and adjacent atrium. On the first floor, classic cars from the ’50s and ’60s are on display in a 12,000-square-foot showroom.
