This 22,000-square-foot 11th-floor loft in downtown’s fashion district has 22-foot ceilings, tall windows, and two freight elevators. The structure was built as the Cooper Building in 1927 to suit L.A.’s clothing designers and manufacturers; it is now the home base for L.A. Creatives. The loft holds nearly 2,000 for receptions.
