MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA The fifth annual Design Miami returned to its home in Miami's design district with sponsors including HSBC, Swarovski, and Audi. For the second consecutive year, New York architecture firm ArandaLasch and EventStar collaborated to create a 35,000-square-foot temporary structure to house the fair's exhibits and art-centered programming.
The festivities kicked off on Tuesday night with a private Vernissage preview party before opening to the public Wednesday. Design Miami, like Art Basel, wraps up on Saturday. Here's a look at some of the fair's eye-catching exhibits.
