To celebrate its one-year anniversary, South Beach restaurant Flame Caffe & Grill
has introduced several new menu items such as the wild mushroom vol-au-vent
appetizer, featuring wild porcini mushrooms sautéed in crushed garlic, herbs, and white wine served in puff pastry and finished with a light mushroom cream sauce and truffle oil. Flame Caffe & Grill is available for private events and buyouts for about 100 people, and also caters.
