The Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg was recently awarded the AAA Four Diamond Award. This is the 14th straight year the resort has received this distinction, which comes on the heels of a $3.5 million interior refurbishment and the installation of a new $5 million, 74-slip marina that opened in October. The resort, listed on the National and Local Register of Historic Places and a member of the Historic Hotels of America, originally opened in 1925.
