Gaylord National Resort has started booking events at its RiverView Terrace, a new 15,000-square-foot outdoor special event venue along the Potomac River.
The open-air space can be configured in many ways and accommodates as many as 700 guests for a seated dinner or 1,200 for a reception. Upgrades to the space include full or partial tenting, twinkle lights for the greenery and terrace, and a private fireworks display over the Potomac River. It has built-in handicapped access and tent anchor points, on-site electrical hook-ups, and designated catering staging areas.
Catering is provided by Gaylord’s on-site banquets department, while the resort has a list of preferred audiovisual vendors.
RiverView Terrace is available for booking seasonally from April through October.
