For an indulgent teambuilding activity that satisfies each guest’s sweet tooth, enroll employees in Clemence Gossett’s dessert-making courses at Chefmakers. The proprietor and pastry chef of the Venice-based Gourmandise Desserts, Gossett helps students tackle chocolate-truffle and tart-making; the cake-decorating course teaches the art of garnishing treats with buttercream, fondant, fruit, and chocolate. Classes start at $85 per person, and guests receive recipe cards at the end of the lesson, as well as the chance to sample their creations.
