The historic Pendell Boiler Factory is being transformed by Curated Properties into Lanehouse on Bartlett, a condo development of townhouses located along a Bloordale laneway. The bash took place inside the former factory.

Suspended from the factory ceiling, two swings created playful moments for models and guests.
Yarn installations by Bissell Bombers and Fugitive Glue covered the factory’s sky-high steel beams.
At a 28-foot "yarn bar," servers offered local brew Beau’s Lug Tread Lagered Ale.
DJ Alex Merrell spun party tunes throughout the night.
Models were dressed in luxurious undergarments created from up-cycled cashmere and merino wool sweaters by local fashion label Sartoria.
Catering was provided by the County General, a Queen West restaurant known for its rock-and-roll comfort food, with mini Pastéis de Nata custard tarts paying homage to the neighbourhood’s Portuguese influence.
