Opened in 2011, this bilevel restaurant has five bars. A dining saloon seating 40 sports a 50-foot bar with 20 draft lines. Chef Hartzer created a modern American menu to complement the spirits. The upper level has an open terrace with a retractable roof. A private balcony is available and holds 40 for reception. The whole saloon holds 300 for receptions.
