Chef Frank Jeannetti graduated from the New York Restaurant School, worked at the Waldorf-Astoria and with Daniel Boulud, and then moved to Miami to be an executive chef at Pacific Time, the Biltmore Hotel, and Nemo and Pearl restaurants. Jeannetti caters upscale eclectic fusion cuisine, such as Gorgonzola-crusted Angus filet mignon with root vegetable hash brown and a portobello port wine demi-glace. They handle social and private events, cooking classes and demonstrations, upscale corporate events, and production catering, with clients like Bill Clinton, Jay-Z, Jamie Foxx, and Emilio and Gloria Estefan.
