When a sit-down meal doesn’t fit the bill, these restaurants offer a quick and casual setting.
1. The Cadillac Ranch debuted its Vegas franchise in April in the Town Square shopping center. The 12,000-square-foot rock 'n' roll restaurant features more than 30 plasma TVs, a stage, and—for a country twist—a mechanical bull. Three spaces are available for private parties: Two patios hold 200 people, and an inside space seats 25. |

2. Society Café Encore offers dining with a dress code that calls for “resort casual,” a respite from much of the upscale dining at Wynn’s property. The restaurant is open for breakfast (with items like homemade granola and frittatas), lunch (burgers and club sandwiches), dinner (short ribs and roasted halibut), and late-night dining. The space is available for events with a capacity of about 180.
3. Off the Strip, in the non-gaming boutique Artisan Hotel, the Artisan Lounge is outfitted with bronze statues, mirrored ceilings, and fine art hung purposely askew. Revamped in December 2008, the lounge seats 90, while the restaurant seats 65 and has room for another eight in the V.I.P. area. The dining room serves rustic Italian fare, along with a selection of house wines, cocktails, and domestic beers.
