Le Divas of Chicago
Le Divas began in 2001 as simply “Divas,” and has been catering under its current name since 2004. Executive chef Rochelle Greene specializes in gourmet “Ameri-Cajun” cuisine, but can accommodate a variety of culinary needs. Specialties include Cajun classics such as chicken gumbo, chicken étoufée, jambalaya, and shrimp Creole; which pair well with dirty rice or green bean bundles, followed by peach cobbler and crepes Rochelle. Le Divas caters events for as many as 300.
