After the proliferation of corporate-sponsored beach-house parties angered Malibu residents last summer, it seemed like those house parties might be a thing of the past. But not so fast.
A party hosted by LnA Clothing on July 4 will kick off the summer party season at Fingerprint Communication's Project Beach House, a $30 million beachfront property in Malibu that will host the likes of private dinner parties, barbecues and clambakes, and beachside activities.
The venue is a six-bedroom estate on four acres with a massive pool, a tennis court, and a helicopter landing pad. It will afford guests ocean views, indoor and outdoor dining with a full-service staff, chauffeur and spa services, fitness training, and a not-too-shabby place to crash.
