Harmony With No Limits Gala Converts Tennis Court to Ballroom

The nonprofit Harmony With No Limits figured the best way to get guests to open their wallets was to make them feel at home, so the group took its third annual gala to an appropriate venue: a private residence in Santa Monica. The event on Saturday night benefited the No Limits program, a theater group for deaf and hard-of-hearing children.

The outdoor cocktail hour featured passed hors d’oeuvres from David Myers (the chef behind Sona and Comme Ça) and sushi samples from soon-to-open eatery SugarFish by SushiNozawa. Silent-auction items including artwork, sports and entertainment memorabilia, and fashion and beauty items were on display throughout the yard, as was the raffle prize of a Toyota Smart Car. MORE >>
