Heidi Klum Had Private Delivery Room—Just in Case—at Emmy Governors Ball
Many high-profile events take precautions to address health and safety concerns. But an "only in Hollywood" designation might be in order for the measures undertaken by the organizers of the Emmys Governors Ball on Sunday. On Call Medic, the medic team in place at the event, set up a private birthing room just in case it would have been necessary to serve attendee Heidi Klum, who is due to deliver her fourth baby within the next two weeks. Working with Klum's private security team, On Call Medic owner Sylvia Wildfire set up the private room for the patient's comfort and for any other needs. Special permission was also granted for Klum’s private limo to be parked at the entrance to the event for the entire time she was inside. "Although the room was not needed, it did serve peace of mind," Wildfire said.   —Alesandra Dubin
