Kaylee Kiecker is the vice president of marketing and business development for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Kiecker plans political and corporate luncheons, the annual business and tourism expo, and the chamber’s Halloween fund-raiser.

Venue: “Hollywood Forever Cemetery, strange as it sounds, is an ideal outdoor venue. They are respectful in maintaining the integrity of the grounds while offering a unique setting for events. The history of that cemetery is amazing—they've saved one of Hollywood’s landmarks and have brought to life an amazing event venue. Pardon the pun.”

Universal City Hilton does an excellent job, and [the team there] has a great attitude. You can pull right up and unload just steps away from the ballroom entrance. It’s convenient and ideal for exhibitors. Great location—close to Hollywood, downtown, and the valley.”

Decor: “Advent Visual is without a doubt my new favorite. For events where klieg lights and balloons are appropriate, this is the company to use. They came through for me just days before an event and made the room look elegant—something I didn’t believe balloons could do!”

Liquor Supplier: “Extraordinario Brands have been supplying our events with Tradicion Azul, one of the best tequilas I’ve ever tasted. Their team is knowledgeable and fast to supply answers to every tequila question you could imagine. I didn’t realize there would be such a positive reaction to having high-grade tequila at events. Guests love it. It’s become a great way to evoke conversations and networking.”

Catering:
As You Like It Catering has mastered elegant comfort food concepts. Their innovation, creativity, and commitment to service are unparalleled. The food is delicious. I’m impressed with how approachable, generous, and hands-on they are. In a world where foodies often turn into food snobs, it’s nice to know where to go to get amazing grub.”
