| MTV's Video Music Awards: Britney Will Do It Again |

First maybe she was, then she definitely wasn't. And now she apparently is again. USA Today is reporting that MTV has confirmed that Britney Spears will open Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards at Paramount. According to the report, Spears's appearance won't be a performance, but instead will be something "fun and unexpected."
