| Two Boots Delivers Nontraditional Pizza Flavors |

A New York pizza institution, Two Boots has opened its first Los Angeles location, in Echo Park. Named for the geographic shapes of its culinary influences—Italy and Louisiana—the restaurant serves such nontraditional versions as the Bayou Beast (which has barbecue shrimp, crawfish, Andouille, jalapeños, and mozzarella) and the Bird (with spicy Buffalo wings, blue cheese dressing, scallions, and jalapeños on a white pie). The eatery offers delivery for an inexpensive in-office meeting catering option; target delivery areas include downtown and the Eastside.
