Hotel Maya has 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space to accommodate as many as 500. The property’s 15 indoor-outdoor event spaces include five meeting rooms and an executive boardroom. Planners may work with the hotel to arrange teambuilding activities such as Segway expeditions and sailing lessons.

The hotel's Fuego restaurant has waterfront views of downtown Long Beach and the adjacent marina, and offers a menu of modern coastal-Latin cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood. Fuego is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and has an expansive patio.
