| Night Vision Entertainment to Transform Vibiana Into Pop-Up Nightclub for Halloween |

Event production, marketing, and promotion company Night Vision Entertainment will take over Vibiana downtown for a pop-up nightclub dubbed Pandora during Halloween week. The pop-up club, which opens on October 27 in the historic former cathedral, will offer entertainment during its three-night limited run, including a show on Halloween night from rapper Asher Roth (of "I Love College" fame). Also for the Halloween night event, Night Vision will donate a portion of sales to Madonna's Raising Malawi charity; Madonna has agreed to match funds raised.
The space's other events include a performance by the Darling Stilettos (with Matt Sorum of Guns N' Roses), and a masquerade ball with live performance by a '20-style big band and flapper dancers. Night Vision also has plans to take the Pandora concept to other major U.S. cities.
