Buffet stations include three side or salad items, as well as options for veggie burgers, Italian or chicken apple sausages, and traditional bratwurst for $15.95 per guest.
Splurge: The Godmother of Malibu will skewer anything, from grilled flank steak and barbecue chicken to ahi tuna and jumbo shrimp. The caterer intersperses kabob meat with summer vegetables like red, green, and yellow peppers (all-vegetable kabobs are also available), served with fresh salsas or dips made in-house, such as mango salsa paired with tuna. Prices range from $50 to $75 per person.
