In West Hollywood: Eric Greenspan, the powerhouse chef behind Meson G, opened the contemporary American restaurant the Foundry in May. The modern interior gives way to a warm patio with a fireplace, and the bar serves food until 2 a.m.
In Century City: Top Chef host Tom Colicchio opened the much-anticipated L.A. outpost of Craft in mid-July to instant adoration from the nearby agent crowd. Colicchio adapted the menu to include seasonal California ingredients while still offering the chainlet’s signature steaks.
