| Trumps to Take Hotel Brand Worldwide |
|
FROM NEW YORK Last Wednesday, while we were distracted by the news of the MGM Grand, we somehow missed the announcement by the Trumps (Donald, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric) of their plans to take their luxury hotel concept worldwide. Under the Trump Hotel Collection brand name, the Trump Organization will open sister properties to the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago (due to open in December), Las Vegas (2008), and Dubai. Other projects in development will be located in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Fort Lauderdale, and Toronto. Accompanying this expansion is the Spa at Trump, a new brand that will debut at the Chicago property.
