| NBC Scales Back Globes Broadcast |

In a move that some industry insiders were expecting today, NBC has revealed plans to change the scope of its Golden Globes broadcast, according to The Los Angeles Times. Instead of the traditional format, NBC News will air a press conference revealing the winners, followed by a block of related programming, expected to include party coverage. The fates of many related events are still undetermined—or, at least for now, unannounced.
