Designer Philippe Starck turned an aging apartment building into this cool Sunset Strip spot in 1996. Seabar, the 1,700-square-foot lounge off the white-on-white lobby, holds 125. The club Skybar holds 550 combined with the pool area. Inhouse restaurant Asia de Cuba holds 302 for seated events or 425 for receptions. The penthouse has a private screening room.
