Owner and self-taught chef Amy Sweeney delivers the same organic, seasonal, modern American cuisine that’s found in her bustling bistro, Ammo. Her buffet dinner menu includes house-cured salmon on cucumber rounds with crème fraîche and chives, black mission figs with prosciutto San Daniele and a balsamic reduction, and grilled hanger steak with charred radicchio treviso.
