Michael Brooks launched this full-service event planning company in 1990, and the majority of its clients come from the entertainment industry. For a sit-down dinner reception, a sample menu includes pepper-crusted beef crostini with artichoke pesto and daikon sprouts, Osetra caviar, jumbo tiger shrimp, and grilled tenderloin of lamb with a Pommery mustard cream sauce.
