OVERVIEW
This 11th-floor, 15,000-square-foot loft in downtown’s fashion district has 22-foot ceilings, tall windows, and a freight elevator. The structure was built as the Cooper Building in 1927 to suit L.A.’s clothing designers and manufacturers; it is now home base for L.A. Creatives. The loft holds nearly 2,000 for receptions.
