Known as the home of the Golden Globes and other entertainment-industry events, this hotel has 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space for as many as 4,000. The International Terrace overlooks the pool, and the penthouse-level Stardust Rooftop Terrace has a dance floor and a kitchen and holds 250. An $80 million renovation, completed in 2006, updated everything from the lobby to the suites and poolside cabanas.
