As part of a $40 million renovation completed this summer, this hotel added its own restaurant, Kerry Simon’s Simon LA; a Rande Gerber-owned lounge, Stone Rose; and a new spa. The 10,000 square feet of event space includes a 3,800-square-foot ballroom that can hold 300 for a reception.
