Owner Mark Duxbury refined his culinary talents at Cal Tech’s prestigious Athenaeum restaurant and opened Duxbury’s in 1992. His menus are seasonal with global influences, featuring dishes like toasted couscous with snap peas, cherry tomatoes, and pine nuts, and roasted pork tenderloin with lavender, honey, and thyme. Recent clients include the City of Hope and the Pasadena Tournament of Roses.
