OVERVIEW
When the tiki-rific Trader Vic’s restaurant closed at the Beverly Hilton in April 2007, the Hilton transformed a mostly unused poolside space into Trader Vic’s Lounge the following month. The menu features most of the same classic cocktails and pupu platters that locals know and love. The space can be used in conjunction with any poolside event, or smaller groups can call and reserve tables. The indoor portion of the lounge holds 70, and the outdoor area holds 500.
